PV 301: Advanced Solar Installation Case Study

Course Description

Instructors will guide their class through a simple case study progressing to more complex ones. Some of the issues covered in the case studies will be:

Site Analysis
System Sizing and Design
Payback/Solar Economics
Net Metering
Compliance with NEC Codes
Permitting and Louisiana Tax Incentive Issues
Troubleshooting

Who Should Attend?

This class is ideal for contractors, builders, installers, dealers or anyone wanting to get into the business. A basic knowledge of solar power systems and installation is not necessary. Lunch will be provided
