Louisiana has its 2nd NABCEP Certified Installer

Louisiana now has another NABCEP certified professional! Jeff Shaw, president of Gulf South Solar has earned the highest certification for the solar professional, NABCEP Solar PV Installer. Jeff is now the second NABCEP Certified Installer in Louisiana. The requirements and application to sit for the semi-annual testing are stringent and only about 20% of these installers are able to pass the test. Jeff founded the LSES in 1999, Gulf South Solar in 2003 and was the author of the current “Net Metering” laws for Louisiana. For more information on NABCEP the website is www.NABCEP.org.
